The first iteration of NordicFuzzCon will take place in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
Known as the “Capital of Scandinavia” and the “Venice of the North,” Stockholm features a lot sights in a picturesque setting, and is always worth a visit. Top attractions include the medieval old town “Gamla Stan,” the well-preserved wooden warship “Wasa,” and the open-air heritage museum and zoo “Skansen.”
Sweden is centrally located among the Nordic countries, and easily accessible from Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Direct flights to Stockholm are available from 38 different countries, both within and outside Europe. With close to 900.000 inhabitants in the city and more than two million in the metropolitan area it is the largest urban area in Scandinavia.
Historic Old Town occupies one of 14 islands that make up Stockholm.
