Stockholm - as the major city in Sweden - offers rail connections all over the country. There are also several trains running direct connections from Copenhagen and Oslo every day. From Stockholm Central Station, take the commuter train going towards Nynäshamn / Västerhaninge (J35). Get off the train at "Handen" and you can see the hotel directly beside you. Take either of the two exits at the end of the platform and walk around the building of the hotel. The entrance is from the side facing away from the train tracks.
Long distance trains: sj.se
Commuter trains: sl.se

The Swedish SJ (the one running most train services in Sweden) will open the sales for discounted ticket prices 90 days before the trip. So if you want to travel to NordicFuzzCon by train the first week of January would be a good time to book train tickets as then the cheapest ones will be available. After that the prices will slowly go up again when more and more tickets are sold.

by plane

Stockholm is mainly served by three airports: Stockholm Arlanda [ARN] (the main international airport north of the city), Stockholm Bromma [BMA] (closer to the center and mainly serving destinations in Scandinavia) and Stockholm Skavsta [NYO] (low cost carrier - think Ryanair). From those airport you will find public transportation to Stockholm Central Station by trains and/or buses. From Stockholm Central Station please follow instructions under "by train".
Momondo is one page that lists possible airplane connections to Sweden.

by bus

Different companies (like for example Swebus and bus4you) offer long-distance bus services to Stockholm from different cities in Sweden as well as from other cities in Europe. From Stockholms central bus terminal (beside the main station) please follow the directions under "by train".

by ship

Being a city close to the Baltic sea you can also come by ship. Stockholm offers ferry connections to Helsinki, Mariehamn, Turku, Tallin, Riga and St.Peterburg. From the different ferry terminals take public transport to the main station (Centralen) and the follow instructions as in "by train".
There are also ferries from Ventspils and Gdansk that takes you to Nynäshamn. From Nynäshamn then please follow instructions under "by car" or if you come without a car, just take the commuter train directly from Nynäshamn to Handen.
