Hotel Rooms

Important!

  • For a room share, all partners need to book the same room category. After payment you can then tell us that you want to share the room via our online room share system.
  • The actual rooms may differ slightly from the pictures shown below, as not all the rooms are identical. Some rooms also feature a wall-mounted or spare bed.
  • The prices listed are per person for the main convention days, Thursday 9th of March to Sunday 12th of March.

Standard (Single)

1 person queen bed room
The usual deal, a bathroom, with shower and a sink. Either a queen sized bed or a double bed that can be separated.

Standard (Double)

2 person twin bed room
The usual deal, a bathroom, with shower and sink. A double bed that can be separated or a queen sized bed.

Superior

3 person suite
Large bathroom with shower, a jam packed suite with a little drink cooler and some tiny steps down to a fold-down spare bed. This fits two in the queen size bed and one in the extra, but the activities in the third bed should take into account the structural integrity of the bed.

Superior Extra

4 person suite
Like the superior room above, but with the little extra, most of all a spare bed for yet another friend.

Superior Family

5 person room
Large bathroom with shower and towel hangers, as well as huge wardrobe, galley and plenty of workspace for a fifth bed. The first two being roomy queen-sized pieces. This room also has two levels separated with a few steps, so ensure you keep sober enough to at least navigate safely to and from your bed.

There are 14 rooms of this type available in the party wing (in addition to rooms of this type not in party wing).

Junior Suite

6 person suite
This is a massive room and a conversation pit in the middle One proper bathroom and a smaller toilet, so no queues there. It has excellent workspaces and wardrobes and also a little galley with dining area and an electric kettle, for those who have the energy to make your own breakfasts.

There are 2 rooms of this type available in the party wing (in addition to rooms of this type not in party wing).

Master Suite

2 person suite
Double everything, two toilets, two rooms, two beds, two TVs. Double the fun, double the cost!

All rooms are furnished with TVs with HDMI and USB inputs!
