Second Hotel Information

Due to the high demand for rooms at our main venue, we have secured rooms in a second hotel – Hotel Scandic Upplands Väsby – to house our fuzzy guests.

The hotel recently had a face-lift with an air of modern cosiness. All reservations include a daily breakfast buffet, WiFi internet access, and free parking for hotel guests (unlike the main hotel). The hotel also has a gym and a spa with sauna and pool for guests (closes at 22:00). The gym additionally features a laundry room free for hotel guests to use.

Shuttle bus

There will be a free shuttle bus between the main and second hotel departing each half an hour 24 hours a day from noon on the early arrival day to noon on the late departure day. For more information, see the shuttle bus service page.

Hotel rooms

Important!

• Your room booking only entitles you to one spot in a room – not the entire room. Rooms with more than one bed spot are shared. If you wish to have your partner and/or friend(s) share the same room as you, then both/all of you need to book the same room type.
• After your payment you can arrange whom you share your room with via our online room sharing system. See our room sharing page for more information.

There are three types of rooms at the second hotel:

• Standard (Twin) - 2 person room - Two separate beds.
• Superior - 3 person room - Two separate beds and a wall-mounted bed.
• Superior Extra - 4 person room - Two separate beds and two wall-mounted beds on top of each other.
