We will be offering our attendees the chance to watch this all-animal animated feature at a private screening during the convention. The screening will take place at a local cinema about 15 minutes away (walking distance). We will be organizing a communal walk to the location.
 
Tickets can be added to your registration and be bought online from the Sunday, 1st of November at 20:00 CET.  Tickets can also be bought on location, but the seats are limited and may be sold out.
 
The film will be showing on Thursday 3rd of March at 19:00. There are a total of 250 seats at the cinema. There might be a second showing of the movie if the ticket orders are high enough. You can see how many seats are available under the Availability page.
 
Only attendees with a fully or partially paid booking can order cinema tickets. Once the registration is opened, tickets can be ordered through My Account. You have the option of ordering up to four tickets (for yourself and your friends). You can either pay through Payson, or on-location in cash. Please note that we cannot offer refunds.
 
Prices:
  • Only cinema ticket: 80 SEK
  • Cinema ticket with small salted popcorn + 1 x 50cl drink: 120 SEK
  • Cinema ticket with medium salted popcorn + 1 x 50cl drink: 130 SEK
  • Cinema ticket with large salted popcorn + 2 x 50cl drinks: 170 SEK
  • Cinema ticket with snacks* + 1 x 50cl drink: 130 SEK

Popcorn, snacks and candy can also be bought at the cinema.

If you wish, you may wear your fursuit during the movie. But all fursuiters will have to be seated in the back rows or along the stairs so that their oversized heads and huge ears don't obstruct the view for others.

Note that the movie will be in English, but with Swedish subtitles. It will not be presented in 3D, so there will be no need for special glasses.

Trivia:
  • Zootopia is the fourth full-length Walt Disney film to feature an all-animal cast. The other three films are: Robin Hood (1973), The Lion King (1994), and Chicken Little (2005).
  • Some other animated films to feature red fox protagonists are: The Tale of the Fox (1937), Robin Hood (1973), The Fox and the Hound (1981), Vuk (1981), Renny the Fox (2005), The Fox and the Hound 2 (2006), Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009).
  • Zootopia was renamed Zootropolis for certain European countries, including the UK and Sweden (but we at NordicFuzzCon have decided to present the movie under its original US title).
  • Foxes consist of about 90% floof.
